Day 3 of 5 of the #FiveDayBlackAndWhiteChallenge.
I decided to put two up today. The first picture is of my Lola Doning napping. When you’re 94 yrs young and you have to walk up a long flight of stairs at least twice a day, you’d be tired also. 🙂
For the second picture, I really wished I had gotten the focus right. But despite my crappy camera skills, I posted it anyways because this is one of the few pictures of her that I have taken where she is actually smiling. She probably didn’t have to walk up the stairs that day. 😛
I was nominated for the #FiveDayBlackAndWhiteChallenge by Neal Yu over on FB. This is Day 1.
Day 1 of 5
Little baby gorilla, Joanne, hitching a ride on mama’s back. Taken at the San Diego Safari Park.

My coworker was playing around with my camera and caught me lounging. The photo was seriously underexposed but a little post processing and I have what you see above. I know it’s still underexposed but I’ve always liked the grainy film style look.
ISO200, 16mm, f/11, 1/250sec
First real shot using my new 16-35mm lens. I think I’m going to love using this lens.
